Cordies Hit Threshold!

As of a couple of minutes ago, cordies, quirky’s on your desk cable management system, has hit its pre-sales threshold. This is quirky’s 6th product off to manufacturing. That’s awesome, quirks! Congrats to Stephen Stewart and all cordies’ influencers.

Cordies is an on-your-desk cable management system that organizes your assorted computer cables while also keeping them weighted down so they don’t slide off your desk when disconnected.

Cordies’ playful form, small size, and quirky colors makes it a product that you’d like placing on your desk.

Each cordie (spanning about 3.5 inches wide) has 3 individual loop spaces enabling you to store many cables at once. You can stack cables on top of one another inside each loop, leaving ample space for your power cords, USB cords, cell phone charger, audio cables, headphones, firewire, and more.

Cordies are made of weighted yet flexible rubber, allowing for a perfectly sturdy grip.

Qubicles Hits Quirky’s Online Store

quirky’s qubicles are a modular shelf system – great for storage of your favorite books, pictures, CD’s, collectables and more.

qubicles is sold in sets of 3 cubes but feel free to buy as many sets as you’d like – all sets are interchangeable with one another. Each set comes with an easy to follow assembly instruction manual, a lightweight steel bracket system, and screws.

Once you install the bracket system (screwdriver not included) for the first time, you can put up your Qubicle cubes and take them down at any time without having to take out the tools again. Customize your layout and arrange and re-arrange your cubes whenever you’d like!

quirky’s Beamer is an iphone case with a built in light. This light can dual function as a flash for your iphone’s camera as well as a light for use whenever you see fit – Dropped something under the table at dinner? Need a flashlight for your car? Squinting to read a menu in candlelight? Taking a picture in the dark? Beamer is the case that shines!

Beamer is a hard, durable plastic case with a friction-fit, 2 piece design. Beamer’s base slides out for quick insertion of your iphone. Turning on the light is easy. Simply press the silicone button once and the light will remain on for 10 seconds – leaving you with enough time to snap your picture. Pressing the button twice in a row will leave the light on indefinitely until you are ready to turn it off – to do so, just press the button a 3rd time.

Beamer’s super bright LED is powered by its own battery (residing on the inside of the case) so it does not drain any of your iphone’s battery. And not to worry, the button is set in a groove to avoid being accidentally turned on when in your pocket thus keeping the battery alive as long as possible.

StashCan Hits quirky’s Online Store

StashCan is now up for pre-sale! Commit for $54.00 and earn some more influence! We’ve got to pre-sell 1870 units of this thing before we move it into production. The threshold is high due to the sheer size of the product which results in increase capital required to mass produce this product. Let’s go quirks. Who wants in? Spread the word through social sales!

quirky’s StashCan is a kitchen trash can with the added ability to store trash bags in the can itself. No more hassle with drippy bags, and time consuming trash removal. The StashCan makes your trash routine far simpler, cleaner, and speedier. (oh and it looks pretty too!)

Step on StashCan’s foot pedal to open the lid to dispose of your garbage. Once your trash is full, simply open the stainless steel rimmed top and pull out the removable, lightweight, plastic liner containing the full trash. Remove your full trash bag and clean the liner (if necessary).

Replacing the liner with a new, unused trash bag is simple due to the storage unit in the top, rear of the can. Never search around your kitchen for trash bags again! This separate trash bag compartment allows new bags to be easily accessed by pulling upward on the next available bag in the roll or stack. Once replaced, pop the liner back into the StashCan.

With the StashCan, trash removal is a chore that you and your children won’t mind completing!
