Today is Community Manager Appreciation Day, so we wanted to take a moment to give a shoutout to our amazing Community and Invention Ambassadors. They work tirelessly, around the clock answering questions and helping community members, new and old alike.
Community management and customer service are often thankless jobs, so on this special day, let’s all say thanks to Andy, Rob G, Chris, Ruthea, Baron, Nathaniel, Andrew, Courtney and Katherine. These guys (and gals) rock!

I had problem with my credit card to submit an idea and Malavika and Brandon were just so kind, answered extreme fast and it’s just the best customer support service I’ve never seen. Thanks you all!

Why are they all wearing the same color pallet? Does Gaz decide what you are wearing each week or do you just sleep in your clothes for so long that they all kind of meld together.
