Rough overview of IA week (with minor variation potential):
.
Mon: IA calls top 5 to find out more about each idea.
Tues: DMV occurs; wildcards chosen and called
Wed: IA attends brainstorm session for last week’s winner to serve as inventor proxy and give inventor’s feedback
Thurs: “bactracking” IA seeks out updates on prior products.
Fri: During Staff eval, presents to staff info from Mon/Tues in the PM, calls the winners (with next steps) and non-winners (with feedback)
