Field Trip!
ByThis morning, at an ungodly hour, Nikki, Matt, and two Bens set out to Quirky’s Pennsylvania warehouse to oversee the first outbound shipment of black Cloaks.
(You: Wait, what? Did I read that right? Cloak is shipping?!)
Yeah, you read that right. After a long journey filled with ups and downs, we are finally ready to roll out probably the most anticipated iPad case in iPad case history. And we have pictures to prove it!
The next series of pics will come from you… post a photo of you with your Cloak on our product page when you receive it!

I have recommended Cloak to a lot of people (just not through social sales, but pretty much through word of mouth). Quirky is smart enough to not let the negative comments pull them down, i know it has been a learning process for a lot of us. Quirky keep at it, you guys ROCK!

I say to myself “consider the source” when I hear the negative comments. As someone who’s worked in the product development industry since 1991, I know that $#iT happens when you take a product to market.
Maybe Quirky shoukd UPOD and pad the dates with some slacck. Under Promise Over Deliver, just a thought
I think Ben and the crew are doing a ban-up job.

@Stephen: …………..happens even when you don’t take products to market.

If you could see some of the products that are out there parading as Ipad cases, you would agree that it is worth a few extra days in order to get a useful product. I was sold on the Quirky cloak because it appears to be one of the only cases that has a proper vertical stand.
