It is a poorly made piece of crap and several unsatisfied customers are demanding that their money be refunded. It's a shame that the community is being duped by slick, colorful computer-generated renderings into entrusting its intellectual property to an organization that clearly has no clue how (or desire) to follow through in a competent manner.
